Sarcoma Stomp
In 2024, Bo's family and friends hosted the first annual Sarcoma Stomp in Carlyle, IL. The Bo Arvin Memorial Foundation is honored to host this annual event in 2025 and years to come. The Sarcoma Stomp 5k is a Run/Walk event that raises money for Sarcoma research funding and awareness.
About Sarcoma
Sarcomas are rare cancers that develop in the bones and soft tissues, including fat, muscles, blood vessels, nerves, deep skin tissues and fibrous tissues. According to the National Cancer Institute, about 12,000 cases of soft tissue sarcomas and 3,000 cases of bone sarcomas are diagnosed in the U.S. each year.
